Henry Zielinski, founder of Affiliated Builders Incorporated, began building residential homes in 1952. In 2002 his son Randal Zielinski assumed ownership of the company and quickly expanded Affiliated Builders into the non-residential construction market. In 2007 he partnered with Jeffrey Moss and together they started commercial construction on a national scale. Affiliated Builders takes great pride in the strength of its team.
